We are members of USA JUDO & US JUDO FEDERATION (USJF). USA JUDO is the national governing body for Judo in the United States and a member of the U.S. OLYMPIC and PARALYMPIC COMMITTEE.

Why Judo?
Judo is often called “the gentle way,” focusing on control, respect, and discipline rather than aggression. For children with autism, these principles provide unique opportunities for growth. Through Judo, children build coordination, improve social interactions, and develop confidence—all while learning in a structured and supportive environment.

Community and Connection
Our classes foster inclusion and teamwork, creating a space where every student feels supported. To see the joy and progress in action, visit our Facebook page for pictures, updates, and announcements!

All our instructors are passionate volunteers, have completed SafeSport training, and have undergone background checks to ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for every student.

Come give it a try — we look forward to meeting you in the dojo!

Judo is the way to the most effective use of both physical and spiritual strength.
